We love cooking, especially when the key ingredients are our own home-grown produce. Andrew prefers the European style; French, Spanish, Italian and British (yes, it does exist for those who think it is limited to fish and chips), while Angela focuses more on Chinese and Asian recipes. Andrew and Angela love making and stuffing 'jiaozi' (in French 'ravioli') that are traditionally eaten at Chinese New Year (but that has never stopped us eating them all year round).

Our cooking classes take place in the Château’s main kitchen but will be held in our new winery building once completed. If you tell us what style of cooking you like we may, depending on availability, be able to design a bespoke programme for you or your group. Our wood fired traditional oven is there for you to make fresh bread and to cook home made pizzas to crisp perfection.

We plan to build a Chinese-style brick country cooking range out in the garden with a giant size wok for amazing open air fry-ups! Soon you will able to wash down your creations with the first modern day vintage of Château Mitaud rouge. We can’t wait!
